The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated RN Service Supervisor to join Executive Home Care of Wake Forest on a part-time/as-needed basis. This is not just a job—it's an opportunity to transform lives by supporting our in-home caregivers who deliver essential care to clients in their homes. The RN acts as an assessor and care planner; while providing professional non-medical comprehensive and personalized care assessments to enhance our client's care, experience, and quality of life. As we prepare to expand across the Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill areas, you'll be instrumental in building our service from the ground up.
Work primarily from your preferred location in this remote role. On-site presence is required only for compliance activities, caregiver training sessions, quality assurance reviews, and participation in our cultural events, balancing independence with essential team connection.
As our RN Service Supervisor, you'll partner directly with the Agency Director to ensure our mission and vision become a reality in every home we serve.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients by coordinating with their existing medical providers with non-medical support services and being a liaison with their families
- Generate leads and/or assist with converting leads to clients; while participating in business development activities to grow the client base to achieve monthly client conversion goals
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources including physicians, discharge planners, social workers, senior centers, and community organizations by representing our core values and mission at community events, healthcare facilities, and networking opportunities
- Maintain thorough documentation of assessments, care plans, and supervisory visits according to agency standards and regulatory requirements
- Evaluate client needs and develop appropriate non-medical care plans, while overseeing tiered professional assessment programs, including initial comprehensive evaluations, periodic reassessments, and specialized care planning
- Conducting caregiver training sessions and skill development
- Be available on-call for consultation during operating hours
Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted RN license in North Carolina
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience (home care experience a plus, not required)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with excellent judgment
- Passion for mentoring and developing others
- Reliable transportation to travel throughout the service area
