About This Role
Our NA II team members bring advanced training and clinical support into home settings where personalized care matters most. If you're listed as a Nurse Aide II and want to practice your skills in a meaningful, relationship-centered environment, this role is for you.
You’ll work under RN supervision and within the non-medical home care scope to provide direct care and support for a variety of client needs, while making real connections along the way.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide personal care (bathing, toileting, dressing, feeding) and mobility support
- Perform NA II-approved tasks such as sterile dressing changes, oxygen monitoring, and catheter care under supervision
- Track and document client conditions, intake/output, and vital signs
- Support client independence with daily routines and emotional connection
- Communicate observations clearly with the RN Supervisor and family
- Keep the home environment safe, clean, and supportive of client's needs
Who You Are
- An experienced caregiver with confidence and heart
- Organized, observant, and able to follow care plans closely
- Comfortable working independently while being part of a supportive care team
- A professional who values integrity, compassion, and trust
Qualifications / Requirements
- Completed additional training through an NC Board of Nursing-approved NA II program.
- Currently listed on the NC Board of Nursing Aide II Registry
- Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience in a home care or facility setting
- Valid NC driver’s license and reliable personal transportation
- Clear background check, TB screening, and work eligibility
- CPR/First Aid certification (highly preferred)
- Comfortable lifting clients and performing hands-on care
